Have encountered these Goulds while doing my family history research. I've never checked to see if there is any relationship to my line. I believe these Goulds are lead by J.E. Gould. Seen them often while researching. My Goulds came to Philadelphia from Great Longstone, Derbyshire, England. They were Anglicans until they got here. Most of us are now Catholic. Funny how that works. I think most of the Gould men married Irish catholic women. They were bakers and hoteliers when they arrived here.
