Dominick Perna, a young tonsorialist of the Quaker city, does business at 1817 Moore street, corner of Cleveland. He is an expert at his trade and can shave and cut hair in record-breaking time, and do it well, too. He is a fine performer on the guitar, and some of his solo work has been very highly commented upon by critics. He is also a sporting man, and there are few athletic events in Philadelphia at which he is not present.
