Victory at Tay Ninh, Vietnam - The Philadelphia Inquirer 28 October 1963

  1. A hand full of days before Diem's assassination on Nov 2 - did not have the hearts and minds of the people 60 miles from Saigon. A lost cause even before the Military Industrial Complex turned Vietnam into a parking lot and cash cow for Pentagon contractors.
