The Link Belt Engineering Co. 21st Street and Hunting Park Ave - Advertisement 1900 (The Horseless Age)

The above illustration is taken direct from a photograph, and shows the interior construction of an iron building designed and built for us by The Link Belt Engineering Co., at Nicetown, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  The building is 71 ft. in width by 180 feet in length - divided at the center by a row of columns into equal parts ; one part being controlled by a traveling crane, and the other part by jib centers.  The photograph shows particularly the part of the building which is controlled by jib cranes. The building is constructed entirely of iron.
