Possible Relic of Forepaugh Circus Days - Edgemont St and Lehigh Avenue - Stable Building

In the golden age of American Circus, centering on Pogey O'Brien and Adam Forepaugh as the modern day fathers of modern Circus whose acts and players and assets eventually morphed into first Barnum and Bailey and now the recently extinct Ringling Brothers, in those years after the the Civil War, the O'Brien Circus wintered in Frankford around the Seven Stars (Pleiades) Hotel on Oxford Pike and the stables behind. The Adam Forepaugh Circus usually wintered around Mercer Street and Lehigh Avenue.  The Building above appears to be one of those surviving stables two blocks east of Mercer. No doubt it was all open land in Port Richmond in the post Civil War and or Golden Age of American Circus.
